Post n°01 (rev a): It is well known that Knowledge Management can be shared into Socialisation, Externalisation, Combination, Internalisation processes (SECI model by I. Nonaka/H. Takeuchi) leading to the differentiation between Explicit and Implicit Knowledge.
The Explicit Knowledge falls under QA management while the the Implicit focuses mainly on brain's people and falls therefore under the enterprise culture, C’s decision, management goodwill… Do you agree ?
