Knowledge Manager All main Organization stakeholders
I recently spoke with a potential new customer. They have a robust QA system where KM is closely associated (👍). They constantly improve their system and are now starting to embed more Implicit KM.
They are strongly aware of the importance of their internal stakeholders. Indeed, stakeholders play a crucial role within the organization. There are two main categories of stakeholders :
1) Business stakeholders
2) The rest of the organization
KM must work in accordance with Business Needs, but as a Knowledge Manager, you must also convince the rest of the organization about the importance of the Knowledge Management. Do you agree ?
Additional comment : As an evidence, the CFO must understand what KM can represent for the organization and see it as a sustainable investment.
