Post n°10Following ISO 30401 – 2018 (Knowledge Management System standard), KM is a holistic approach that aims at better learning and more efficiency through the optimal use of knowledge to create value for the organization. Is it clear enough ? May be no, because only few people understand the importance of the KM.

KM aims at increasing Collective Intelligence (CI). By empowering such collective intelligence, you will decrease industrial risks and increase your (financial) performance… because KM (thus CI) improves Quality, Efficiency and Productivity… therefore your EBITDA. I hope it clarifies the importance of KM. Do you agree ?

Additional comment : People shouldn't be scared of starting implementing a KM framework. Once the system will be completely "ingested" by the company, they won't understand why they start it so late.. Nevermind, start now, don't expect anymore.
