Post n°04:  Modern document management systems (DMS) offer many advantages, like co-authoring, co-editing, versioning, worldwide accessibility, signing workflow process, document bundle management,..., but it is not enough.

To be performing, organization’s needs to implement a robust DMS linked with a performing search tools. Such tools support organization to exploit efficiently their Explicit Knowledge Management. Do you agree ? 

Additional comment : don't underestimate the implementation of of a good search tool. Retrieve the adequate information is key. Taxonomy, metadata, key words, ... will surely help to get it.
