Post n°07Change Management like KM are not used for the pleasure but made to allow Organizations to become more communicative, agile and ready for challenges.

A Change Management process can be an output or an input for the KM processes. When people don't understand why they must complete some tasks, they become a brake for such implementation. Change Management is key.

I think that KM is a Change Management process, but Change Management is also a KM process. Do you agree ?

Additional comment : Change Management is a robust process (e.g. Prosci(r)) if you believe things can change in your company. It is a process where interaction is made by people for people. Like KM, if you don't believe it, don't start it.
