Knowledge Management Failure activities
Some organization start to create and nominate CRO (Chief Risk Officer). Good news. I also had a brilliant presentation made by a CFO (Chief Failure Officer) on the importance to accept failure to perform excellence – Paul Iske. Some have a KM department.
In case, such functions doesn’t exist in your organization, what about nominating an independent KMO (Knowledge Manager Officer) to start the reflection on Risks and Failures ?
If it exists, the KM manager will be happy to bring support the CRO and the CFO to perform excellence. Do you agree ?
Additional comment : Failure is not only linked to a lack of Knowledge but the analysis of multiple failure can surely increase your organisational knowledge.
