Post n°08: ReX (Return of Experience) process is essential for companies. This process aims at measuring, understanding, and ultimately increasing the value of a business’s investment by evaluating the value or benefits gained from bad (or good) experience and then correcting issues.
To do so, the ReX process manager will have to deliver output proposing a business transformation, a business project implementation, a change management process,... ReX is an essential process for all (large) companies. Do you agree ?
