Hey, what did you expect ? You can’t expect any improvement in your organization without a global engagement where KM will play a tremendous role. Be honest and humble, other enablers exist but KM is one with the lowest cost and the biggest RoI. 

Additional comment : Knowledge Management is at the heart of the organisation, before harvesting, consider first preparing your seeds needed to sow your fields of expertise. Prepare it, feed it, organize it, allow resources...
