Post n°09I see a lot of people that are confused by the emergence of new platforms, being MO365, AI platforms, Atlassian or Google platforms, or many others…


They believe they have solved all major issues they have in running their business. In the PPT (People, Process, Technology) tryptic, my belief is that implicit KM rely firstly on People, then on Process and finally on Tools. Do you agree ? 


Additional comment : the need for a good KM strategy shouldn't discussed. It is adopted through ISO 30401. Prepare strategy, develop good process, implement new tools.... but don't forget the success rely on People, People, People...
