Post n°06:  Is KM an HR or a Business topics ? It is not an HR topics since it concerns mainly business topics but not only (Finance, Procurement, HR, COM, …). It is not a “pure” Business subject too since Business don't have time devoted to it.

I think that it is an entire “Organisation” topic that requests an independent position that should be fulfilled by an InKMO (Independent Knowledge Management Officer). Do you agree ? 

Additional comment : the KM position in the company will highlight the interested C's consider it. If it is at position 6, then the priority will probably be at 999th position
