Post n°15:  If you read ISO 9001, you can identify the § 7.1.6 related to Organization Knowledge : 

“The Organization shall determine the Knowledge necessary for the operation of its process and to achieve conformity of its products and services".

I think that a lot of Organization are not aware of the importance to manage Knowledge. A KM audit can support your Organization ?
