Junior !!! Senior ???
I found on different platform a lot of solicitation for KM Practitioners. Excellent … but most of the companies mainly look for junior profiles.
It doesn’t make sense to start competition between the generation but globally, expertise growths with seniority, and that is valid for any kind of professional or sportive activities.
- If you hire junior profile, you get some new expertise with small experience
- If you hire senior profile, you get proven expertise with large experience
When recruiting KM practitioners, try to mix both “Juniority” and “Seniority”. You will benefit both the junior and senior profiles necessary to implement a real KM strategy and get sustainable and relevant results.
